| HDPE PIPE TECHNICAL DETAILS |
» Chemical resistance is higher, not corrosive, imperishable
» Can installed in such places like sea, river, lake and mine plants
» Unbreakable under pressure, impermeability
» Can be fitted outside of drain so its practical
» 8 times weightless than steel as it's density is 0,956
» There are more than one joint style
» Up to 140 mm it can be manufactured as spiral
» MDPE: Middle density PE pipe class which has 8,0 minimum resistance strength.
» HDPE: High density PE pipe class which has 6,3 minimum resistance strength.

CLASSIFICATION OF PE PIPES
Thanks to the new technologies of PE raw materials, high pressure pipes could be manufactured with low-cost production. PE100 is produced for higher pressure systems but pe 32,40, 63 are lower. |
Under the same pressure level PE 100 has thinner wall thickness when compared to PE 32,40,63,80 so it helps the low cost of production. MRS shows thet raw material can resist inner pressure for 50 years at 20C.
LDPE: Low density PE pipe class which has 3,2 minimum resistance strength.
MDPE: Middle density PE pipe class which has 8,0 minimum resistance strength.
HDPE: High density PE pipe class which has 6,3 minimum resistance strength. |
